TPE PARTS RETURN POLICY

This Return Policy outlines TPE Parts’ procedures for accepting returns.

PROOF OF PURCHASE

WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE

Return or exchange any item with the original purchase receipt within 7 days, provided the item is in new condition, unopened, and uninstalled, including all original materials supplied with the item. Returns not meeting these criteria will be declined. Items returned under warranty may be exchanged or refunded at our discretion.

WITHOUT PROOF OF PURCHASE

Return or exchange of new items (in original condition and packaging, unopened, and uninstalled, with all original materials) without proof of purchase may be processed at the discretion of TPE Parts. No cash refunds will be issued; only store credit will be provided. These returns will be processed at the lowest selling price of the item in the last 30 days.

CONDITIONS

Certain merchandise, such as opened gaskets, suspension components, and electrical/electronic goods are non-refundable.

Third-party or outsourced merchandise, including specific special orders, commercial tools, and equipment, may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Clearance and “AS IS” merchandise are non-refundable.

TPE Parts reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at any time, for any reason. A valid photo ID may be required at the time of return and will be recorded. Relevant information from the ID will be retained, adhering to applicable Federal, State, and Local laws, in a company-wide database of customer return activity used to authorize returns. Accepted IDs for returns include Driver’s License or Passport.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The list below provides a summary of merchandise classified as non-returnable per our Return Policy. Some parts may be denied return due to categorization alignment with their electrical counterparts (e.g., fuel pumps). In such cases, a Team Member may override the denial and process the return.
