Regional Sales (Full-time)

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute the sales plan in the local market based on the company strategy.
  • Represent TPE Parts in discussions and negotiations with potential and existing clients.
  • Provide daily business support and manage relationships with selected clients.
  • Assist in exhibition or bidding event support for clients when needed.
  • Collaborate with the HQ team to establish and execute comprehensive sales plans.
  • Build local business networks, generate market reports, and report business performance to the HQ.
  • Achieve monthly KPIs required by the HQ.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education background.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Familiar with the B2B model and knowledgeable about the local spare parts market.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer relationship development within Automotive or Heavy Equipment Industries.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
